You can sue for as much as you want. It doesn't mean you'll get it. And frankly, that kind of judgement hanging over this guy's head for the rest of his life is pretty good punishment.

OK, the big question is who paid for the nurse visits? If he was billing Medicaid or some other health provider then I think somebody needs to go after him for fraud.

My wife is a nurse. She says this type of crap goes on frequently in more subtle and minor ways and it can be hard to tell if the contact was incidental or purposful. Payback can be a bitch when it's time for the blood draw.
