For me, a person who has true class is a person who is unfailingly polite and courteous to all individuals, regardless of their perceived status. And, "no", Americans do not hate women, but many Americans, both male and female, do detest rudeness, and, that is the crime of which, I belive Theresa is quite quilty.

Since we are speaking of shoes, I'm sure we all know what would have happened if the shoe had been on the other foot and Laura Bush had made any of the same or similar comments, or behaved in such a rude manner.
