Wolfowitz isn't moving positions at all. Rummy is probably stepping down as soon as Iraq stabilizes (Late spring/early summer?), so Wolfowitzwil lbe there for a seamless transition.
Rummy works about 16 - 20 hours a day, and he's getting up there in years. He's probably ben the busiest SECDEF since WWII.
I'd like to see John Bolton as NSA.
