I am being sued for something that happened at the December 2000 Freep of Joe Lieberman.
JimRob has allowed me to hold an internet fundraiser to help defray the costs of my lawyers fees.
I am broke and thousands of dollars in debt, and depending on how much I can collect here, I amnot sure if I can continue or work to sign a mutual release if offered.
Right now, we have ended the discovery phase, and are awaiting the deposition of the man who accused me of assaulting him that day.
That charge is a lie.
The following story below is my short account of what happened that day.

There's not much I can do for you, RaceBannon, but offer you my prayers and sincere sympathy. Even so, they are offered to you tonight and until justice prevails.
Nomatter how much we FReeepers may infight or joust amongst ourselves, we need to rally to each others defense whenever any of us are threatened by the vile actions of the left or the injustices of a system which can sometimes punish the victim for the crime committed against him.
If anybody needs to pay up, Race, it's the sorry rat who attacked your property and had the nerve to sue you for his transgressions--a typical Democrat brownshirt of 2004 operating back in 2000. May he get exactly what he deserves out of this--jack s**t.
Thanks for the ping, y'all. Absolute support. It's been said already, but worthy of repeating: this could be anyone of us and it is without a doubt an attempt to silence conservative grassroots via fear tactics. My granddaughter and some 70 year old man were attacked by some nutcase dressed up like a clock during the 2000 debacle. Documented in front of the Federal Building by cops and feds and media. Maybe I should pursue that to help pay for this.
