I am being sued for something that happened at the December 2000 Freep of Joe Lieberman.
JimRob has allowed me to hold an internet fundraiser to help defray the costs of my lawyers fees.
I am broke and thousands of dollars in debt, and depending on how much I can collect here, I amnot sure if I can continue or work to sign a mutual release if offered.
Right now, we have ended the discovery phase, and are awaiting the deposition of the man who accused me of assaulting him that day.
That charge is a lie.
The following story below is my short account of what happened that day.
This request for help really needs to be in the side bar, at the top, so EVERYONE sees it. I only caught it by chance.
Race needs help, big time. It would be tragic to see him ruined financially because of some Jesse Jackson wanna-be.
I sent the url to Rush and hope he reads the email. Will send it to Michelle Malkin also. If a big enough name gets ahold of the story maybe the tables will turn on the one causing so much trouble for Race.
I haven't had time to read all the postings on this tread so if this request has already been made feel free to delete my posting.

This guy sounds like another run-of-the-mill ego maniac who wants to exploit reverse racism to make himself feel powerful, just like those he models himself after (Jackson and Sharpton) who also are perverting the work of Martin Luther King for their own power trips. He rationalizes that because MLK was criticized that criticism must be a good thing. What an idiot. And, like Jackson and Sharpton, he is a charlatan hiding behind the title "reverend". Huh!

Now I am back to Michael Ware embedded reporter on MSNBC having a conniption fit talking about Zarqawi and crew have taken over parts of Baghdad and are in good position to hit the Green Zone and other important areas.

Date - The date the court entered judgement, dismissed the case, or the case was withdrawn.
in retrospect, the first person to engage the legal system - by filing a criminal complaint or a civil action, always has the upper hand. that's one lesson to be learned from this.

No joking on my part. If you are serious, please tell me about Martha. She was a friend of mine. The last I heard, she did a fall down the stairs.
She would know and remember me. We travelled together to Chicago. Trade Show. Years ago... she borrowed my slip-on white sneaks.
And, there's always Rick. He loved Martha best. He told me so over and over. We rode-shared then.
There has got to be a better way to fix this behavior...
