It's called a beer bong. It is a "sink or swim (or perhaps swim or swim) way of drinking beer really, really fast. The user places the end of the tube in his or her mouth, and the assistant pours the beer in the funnel and raises it above the user's head. The beer flows very quickly and it is a very efficient way of getting drunk very quickly. Very. :)
