Your Dates are off - facts are off and your naivete about Muslims is way off! Were you so completely indoctrinated in your Western Civ course in college taught by some deluded Marxist?
You need to look at the history books my friend and ask yourself about what happened to all the Christians who used to live in the Middle east including Asia Minor and North Africa...where did they go?
If we do not hold fast against the Muslim threat, some lonely Christian in the future will ask the same about America...where did the Christians go?

As far as the Middle East and Africa go, I agree that years of Muslim domination greatly reduced the number of Christians and Jews in the region (though it did not completely emliminate them, think of the Copts).
As far as holding fast against the Muslim threat, I don't know exactly what you mean by that, so I can't repond to it directly. I personally don't think it's very likely that Christianity will die out in American any time soon, however.
