I'm not so desperate to beat Hillary that I would nominate a Noo Yawk Liberal Republican that the MSM idolized like Rodolfo Giussolini for the Presidency. Homeland Security Chief is OK though.
The best anti-dote to Hillary in '08 is defeating her in '06.

Yeah, but her worst nightmare is native New Yorker, General Colin Powell, in 2006. The senate would be an excellent place for Powell, IMHO. He's about as far right as any Senator from New York is likely to be in this or the next generation.
