I agree with you. This soldier was injured in his face by a gun shot. It was his first of duty day after that incident. Do you think he should take the chance, to not only be injured but killed?.
I would take no chances. I said in other thread that instead of spending my tax dollars in having a terrorist in prison, I would use them for a salary increase for the soldier.
If your just watching it I dont see an incident that would be out of bounds in that situation.
This Marine has no idea how to do things. You are supposed to shoot combatants in the back.
