Just one thought -
On something else - a time ago - someone was able to down play the number of people e-mailing because the e-mails all said the same thing - pointed out that it was a controlled drive -
Don't know if it makes a difference - but I'd rather write my own - I think the person suggested the e-mails may have come from the same people - using different names - or something along that line - like a put down when they(e-mails) all say the same thing -
I don't want to give the corrupt media anything to work with -
just my thoughts
Good idea, and I do often write my own script at www.numbersusa.com. If I use the prescripted message, I usually change it, using bold or capital letters to make my point and adding my own P.S. Thanks for pointing that out, PNFA.
Well, for what it's worth, my political science professor a few years back told us that politicians' offices routinely ignore "controlled drive" campaigns because it indicates that the populace is not really motivated on the issue, there's no real grass-roots uprising, etc.
He also said that handwritten letters are taken more seriously than anything (thanks to "cut" and "paste" processing programs). But I think that's a bit of a stretch in this day and age.
