Time's list is generally made up of the biggest newsmakers of the year. If that is the criteria, then Bush will win hands down.
I vote for Ronald Wilson Reagan
It should be "People of the Year"... the Swift Boat Vets. But of course Time would never allow that...
How about the soldier who capped the alleged 'unarmed insurgent'.
I'm betting on Mikey Moore. I don't think Time has the stomach to give it to Bush.
Is it possible to vote for somebody on line?
It doesn't sound good! Please, don't kiddind.
Yeah, they did pick Bush for 2000 when they had no choice, they always give it to the Pres. But I have a feeling they may make an exception.
I hope GWB will win the place...
Giving it to Karl Rove would be a way for the liberal media to say the American public was manipulated into voting for Bush by a cunning political strategist. Did Dick Morris ever receive this honor in 1992 or 1996?
Michael 'MORON' Moore??? Are they serious.... instead of person of the year, maybe "fata$$-moron" of the year!!!
Person of the year should be "the blogger"
How about The American People? We were most certainly the
ones who had the most influence this year.
How about the SwiftVets as "Men of the Year"?
I don't think that his crime was far-reaching enough to be consdered for "Man of the Year".
Reagan's death capture the nation's attention like no other event. And the election was a huge victory for the Conservative movement which Reagan was responsible for. Bush is carrying the torch of Reagan. Reagan is the man of the Year.
