Dutch laws prevents the prosecuting of people if the evidence against them is based on intelligence. Only police evidence can lead to a conviction.
I think solving that should be given a high priority. Don't know what the Spains are going to do with this terrorist now. Well at least he is out of our country.
Sorry FormerACLUmember. :-)
I must warn you however that posting on FR is grounds for involutary euthanasia in the Netherlands.

That's the Dutch version of what we had before 9/11, a "wall" between law enforcement investigations and clandestine intelligence investigations (the Jamie Gorelick et. al. disaster). That "wall" helped to shield the 9/11 plotters from interception before they could strike. The Dutch had best wake up before a bright blue morning brings to them the horror that that bright blue September morning brought to America.
Your priorities are good. BTW, we use 'Spaniards' for those living in Spain. Good luck with your militant Mulsims.

So, only dumb evidence is allowed????
Greetings former ACLU member..glad that you are making progress in that way...by the way I hope the Dutch do something about Rotterdam..it's a freakin' stinkhole with all the Muslims!
Did you see this?

THOU SHALT NOT KILL from the private wall of Chris Ripke, was erased by the Dutch police bowing to the Muslim demands that that quote from the Bible is a racist statement and thereby is offensive to them.
