Your figure is very low; the reality is otherwise. But it doesn't matter because it is a fungible commodity and it is the dependence not only of ourselves but particularly of Europe and our allies in Asia that has made the situation one where we have allowed the structure of terrorism to develop rather than offend and still see Saudi princes and others funding the terror and, perhaps most importantly at present, the Ayatollohs, who have wrecked Iran's economy except for oil exports.
