Had I a dime for every time a similar sentiment has appeared on FR, I think I could soon retire. (To you guys' shame, war is NOT a game)
Why then, does it have "rules"?
I agree with you it is not a game, there should be no rules and the objective should be to get it over with as quickly as possible by the most efficient tools at our disposal.
