how hard it is to quit Make no mistake it is hard to quit. Damn Hard. I smoked a pack or two a day for over forty years. Managed to quit a dozen years ago. And don't miss it at all. As I read Chip's final letter I had to swallow real hard before I could start a prayer for him. I am reminded of how very lucky I was to have had two teenage daughters who hounded me relentlessly to give up "those stinky cigaretts". I did, and I have had to watched more than a few of my friends face what Chip is facing. My God Bless him, and grant him peace.
