OTTAWA - The reception President George W. Bush can expect later this month when he makes his first state visit to Ottawa is likely to be mixed, and that is causing some concern on Parliament Hill.
Carolyn Parrish stomping on a George Bush action figure as part of a This Hour Has 22 Minutes skit. At least one Liberal MP will find it difficult to hide her distaste for the recently re-elected U.S. president. Carolyn Parrish didn't even try on Monday, playing along with CBC-TV's This Hour Has 22 Minutes by stomping on a George Bush action figure.
Parrish has been outspoken in the past, calling Americans "bastards" and mocking Bush's efforts to gather allies in the war on Iraq by calling countries that follow the U.S. a "coalition of idiots."

Man, I would love to air drop her into Iran and let her try and get the Canadian government to come to her rescue.

It would be rather nice if the Secret Service accidentally shoots her while Bush was in town...
Canada will always be our weird aunt in the attic...
For all who would like to contact the lovely lady Parrish, her email address is below. Please be sure and send her your very best.

Just looking at the picture of her boots reminds me of the Nazis.
It's not to late to cancel this trip, Mr. President.
Please accept my apologies for this juvenile bitch. Honestly, even that description is probably too kind. While most Canadians oppose the war, I have to add that I don;t think most Canadians approve of this behavior. We're becoming who we claim you (Americans) are, and we're too self-righteous to see it. Pathetic, isn't it?
I wonder what the economic cost of this sort of irrational nonsense has to Canada. I know that I for one have developed a serious distaste for Canada. I no longer visit there. I go to Alaska instead. If a product says 'Made in Canada', I'm inclined to treat it as if it were made in France. I'm sure there are many more like me. And so I wonder if this Canadian infantile hissy fit is producing its intended result (whatever that might be).
I've even lost respect for conservative Canadians for not standing up to it.
I should also add that at least 20% of us support the war in Iraq, so not every Canadian is living with his head in the sand.
I've always assumed the best way, aside from a hard swat on the butt, to respond to a child is not to give their tantrums notice.
Let her play with her dolly.
The President will confer with the adults.
Here is my email to her...
"I just saw your ugly display of hatred towards our President. You are a totally disgusting freak."
"
hoping charma comes back to bite you in your big fat ass."
...and broke!
True. Canada will always be America's weird aunt in the attic and whackos like Carolyn Parrish will be the weird aunts in Canada's attic.
As a Canadian, all I can do is plead to American conservatives to not judge all Canadians by the inane and hateful words and actions of some of our pathetic political figures. There are many Canadians who are honest, decent people.
The problem with beef sales from Canada to USA is really a Canadian problem. The US won't allow live cattle to into the US yet but there is no prohibition to cuts/butchered beef coming in. The problem Canadian ranchers have, as I understand it, is that the Canadian processors are sticking it to the ranchers because the ranchers have to sell to their packing plants. Of course, it's Bush's fault!
Blame Canada--or better yet BOYCOTT CANADA!
