I didn't see it until tonight when CNBC played it. Then, while flipping around the dial, I caught a bit of a CNN feature including radio talk show clips from Atlanta and DC and interviews with people on the street.
Hannity & Combs showed it near the end of tonight's episode. I don't remember what time it airs again. I think it's about to start in a few minutes. I think it was in the last ten minutes of the show.
MNF has lost money for ABC and Disney/ABC for YEARS, perhaps even decades, I'd have to look up the figures.
Here's a hint: if you intend to broadcast football, or tiddlywinks for that matter, BROADCAST THE BLOODY GAME, take the cross-promotions and stuff 'em right straight up the sphincter, and tell the little faggots in your organisation to STFU.
AND, get the broadcast done in 3 or 3 1/2 hours -- MNF is a disgrace as a broadcast these days. Charge more for the adverts as necessary -- some number of chump corporations will purchase them in any case.
And, you genius media ''moguls'' -- when the contract comes due again, bid 'em peanuts. Why in the world keep a ''franchise'' that loses YOU (AND your stockholders) money every single year and regularly?
Disclaimer: I own exactly zero shares of Disney, never have owned any, and never will. Made a bit of profit when ABC network was owned by Capital Cities.
