....snip...This is not the first time police have come in contact with Steward. On Sept. 11, 2003, (UM....HELLLLLOOOO!)a State Police trooper responded to suspicious activity at the Seabrook rest area off Interstate 95, Fenniman said.
The trooper reported finding Steward asleep in the car with a .38-caliber gun in the glove box, and a black ski mask and dark-colored hooded sweatshirt in the car.

Neighbors told bizarre stories of men chasing each other around with Samurai swords, starting fires in the woods nearby, setting off bombs and shooting cats and birds.
I heard a call this year with a guy running around swinging at folks and cops with a machete at Foster/Kedzie
