You are on crack. Libertarians are nowhere what the used to be...even 10 yrs ago. Just another word for saying I am not a Democrat...but very close to one.

Libertarianism as a political philosophy is one thing, but the Libertarian party is another.

I am basically a pro-life, anti-gay, non-pot-smoking, pro War on Terror, small 'l' libertarian, if that makes any sense.

I wish the Libertarian Party leaned more towards Libertarianism. I used to be a dues-paying member, but I've decided that it's been too much taken over by whack-jobs
