A crowd of more then 100 people that are black are a riot in there eyes, even if there not doing anything.
I didn't see what started it all. Neither did you. Could have been a few stupid people charging the French lines. Could have been a thrown rock. Could have been a nervous Frenchie with an itchy trigger finger. Nothing in the video shows one way or the other.
