I think they fly sort of low, but a crop duster putting out a fuel airesole BELOW their flight path followed by ignition would probably kill 90 percent of the cloud.

The trick would be the timing and where they can use it. And I am not talking about using a MOAB, nor 'Dassy Cutter', but a much weaker 'fuel air' bomb.

Send in the F-8's. They can dump fuel and then hit the afterburner. With the fuel dump sitting on top of the afterburner, it will torch off the whole sky. (Did this in VN, 1969).
