It is such a shame that our Freedom has been eroded to this low level, the Bill of Rights has been reduced to Lawyer Speak and Plea Bargaining with the PC crowd. This father should get a pat on the back and the LE should shield him from even having to interact with the remaining trash or their families.
This would not have happened if we did not have the whiners that wish to disarm all Law abiding citizens, the "fearless" little bastards know what the odds are going in, they forgot to enter the Father into the equation.
My prayers to the Dad, the deck is not stacked in his favor.
