After his run in with the SUV, the suspect is half the man he used to be. Suddenly, I'm not half the man I used to be....
There's a shadow an SUV hanging over me....
O I believe in yesterday....

Someone somewhere will try to make the man out to be the bad guy.
My 2 cents: one less murderous thug on the streets of Jersey.

He will be charged, but acquitted.

Love you mathematical view of the world. If only they taught physics class like this it would make it so easy to understand.

Moral: Don't bring a .25 mousegun to a SUV fight.

What is the law going to do to him now for trying to protect his family?

"The perp, afterall, didn't intend to KILL Oneal, just rob him. The perps family will win a handsome civil reward in negotiation."
He definitely needs a good lawyer but I doubt the perps family wins if he gets one. The perp shoved a gun in his face and threatened to RAPE his daughters.
With the daughters sitting in the courtroom it would be almost impossible for any jury to find in favor of the perps family.
Especially if the jury includes several fathers who have daughters.

Somehow i don't think this will get the same treatment as "Wife mows down husband with her Mercedes".

Given that this is New Jersey, the father will be convicted of (at least) motor vehicle homicide. The legislature will pass laws banning Urban Assault Vehicles.
This could have all been avoided if the father had been allowed to be lawfully armed. It might not have avoided the chase, but hopefully there would have been two dead perps, and SUVs would not be in for "Vehicle Control" laws.

Half the suspects body lay in a ditch off Route 29 southbound near Sanhican Drive, the rest of him was allegedly ripped from his torso, witnesses said yesterday. Ooo, the perp was "Most Sincerely Dead"

At least it wasn't an Assault SUV. Of course it was. More properly it was an UAV, Urban Assault Vehicle.

Well, one less rat will reach voting age . . . And that in itself is a good thing!

I missed Rush today. Did he talk about this "tragic" event?
I know he loves to pick on SUV's.
