Green Party presidential candidate David Cobb and Libertarian presidential candidate Michael Badnarik Just in case anyone doubts were the Libertarian party's loyalties really lie.

In a followup to this story, I saw
this from the 22nd of November on another forum. From what I gather, JFnK is not ponying up any of the 15 mil and the Ohio democrat party is asking the DUmmies for more recount money. As if the fraud from the whole BBV deal wasn't enough........

Per NYT:President Bush won Ohio by 136,483.
John Kerry won New Hampshire by 9,171.
John Kerry won Wisconsin by 11,813.
John Kerry won Minnesota by 98,396.
John Kerry New Hampshire, Wisconsin, and Minnesota by a combined margin of 119,380 less than the Bush margin in Ohio alone.
So, why are they only trying to recount Ohio?

Will this get appealed in the courts?

I under the impression that once the vote is certified ONLY the house can reverse the decision.

I wonder if the Dems are behind David Cobb and Michael Badnarik trying to force this recount? It occurs to me the Dems are using these guys as front men so the Dems will not look like the sore losers they really are.
The dems don't have to be behind these losers for this to be happening. Libertarians and Greenies and democrats are all slightly different degrees of the same low-life philosophy.
