It's a law, not a ruling, right?
Frankly, it's something I'd love to see over-turned. It would take a lot of political capital, though, and would probably have to come from a black or Hispanic member of Congress. They'd be screaming racism and fascism over that until they went hoarse.

The Rutherford Institute has been doing something similar to this for a long time. I don't think that they're as big as the ADF, though.
