I was unaware that they had made artificial penis transplants. I knew they could remove one to make female genitalia. I apologize for my ignorance, thankfully.

I confess to being morbidly interested in how a person who is born a woman manages to grow a penis. The male-to-female part seems plausible... chop it off and make a hole.

I guess it's some sort of plastic surgery to give her a pecker, but I can't imagine it's operational. Does she pee out of it? Does it "inflate" when she wants to have sex? Is it always hard? Always soft?

The broader concept is disgusting, but it's the specifics that I find intriguing.
