Jim was a friend and I heard the news earlier this evening. Jim was a wonderful person who gave of his time to people in need on a regular basis. I'm very saddened to lose him. RIP my friend.
Jim was very active on local GOP politics here in the Atlanta area prior to working for the State Department.
