Pardon my ignorance, but what court ruling is this? I'd like to learn more about it.
In 1892, or thereabouts, the New York State Supreme Court deported a moslem imam, or some guru, and in the ruling stated that the First Ammendment did NOT apply to "..followers of imposters such as Mahommet..." but they were rather "..to be harassed."
That interpretation of the Constitution has never been overturned, vacated, or set aside.
