This website provides data for 66 counties, but only includes 65 in its current count?!

FYI: Of the 22 remaining counties, President Bush originally won 12 and Kerry won 10 (Bush +2). This +2 advantage will help the President deflect potentially large gains for Kerry from the still-to-report counties of Cuyahoga (Cleveland) and Franklin (Columbus) -- Hamilton (Cincinnati) and Montgomery (Dayton) have already been included in this cite's tallies.

Bottomline: The President will own a lead of at least 100,000 votes going into a possible recount; consequently, even if all 90,000 'soiled' ballots are included in the recount (improbable) and go 100% for Kerry (statistically impossible), the President will still retain his victory in Ohio!

[BTW: It's HIGHLY probable that Ohio will certify its election/determine its EC reps BEFORE a recount can be completed, making the recount absolutely meaningless!!]

I have seen several posts by Freepers that were poll workers who explained the "soiled" or "spoiled" ballots as ballots where a voter made a mistake and asked for a new one. If that is the case, there is no way they would be counted- they are duplicate (and flawed) votes.

And the folks at DU think the MSM is not reporting all this fraud because they are "in bed" with the republicans. HA HA HA! Get real folks.

I've been reading DU for a week or so. They are absolutely delusional over there. They still think Bush's win is being proven a fraud and Kerry will win. Totally nuts.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that Bush can still pull this one out.

Yes. Bush is hanging onto his 135,000 vote lead, but just barely. It's a real nail-biter!

Erie Co:

According to elections officials, 838 provisional ballots were okayed out of 972 cast. The results are Bush +583, Kerry +756

583+756 makes up 838 provisional ballots allowed? That is eerie indeed!

While I don't doubt this is the case, WHY keep them around for for the democrats to use as just another way to try to include them? When the voter makes a mistake and asks for a new ballot, why aren't they torn up, shredded, thrown away right away, etc.? Or at the very least, the word VOID should be written in large letters in red ink over it.

I know they're delusional, but ummmmmmm . . . HOW can they think Kerry can possibly prevail? First off, many of the counties have already counted their provisional/absentee ballots, so even if Kerry were to win every single one of the remaining ones left (impossible), he'd still fall short. And as for the spoiled ballots, they're, well, spoiled, so they don't count, if I'm not mistaken. The dems can sue and sue their way to Timbuktu to get all the invalid provisionals and spoiled ballots counted, but they don't have any of their crooked friends in charge to aid them.

Did you happen to read just exactly HOW they think Kerry will manage to flip the state?

John F*ckin' got only 60% of the vote in his own HOME state for crying out loud. He won't do better in a Republican state under the best case scenario and that's why he conceded.

And another point I forgot--how can they overcome Bush's sizeable enough 135,000 vote lead when they couldn't even do it in FL in 2000, when he had an alarmingly tiny 1200 vote lead and the dems had some of their people in charge to help them (the FL supreme court, the 2-1 democrat to republican county board of elections in democrat counties). Oh well, I guess being a deluded democrat means never having to consider, much less face, these facts.

I think what the DUers are solely expecting now is imminent proof of massive fraud in the regular votes cast which apparently is just on the Republican side and so massive that it will erase the lead Bush has.

They are also blathering about how they won Florida, and recently have been talking to a lesser degree about getting NM, IA and NV back on their side.

They *really* need mental help and/or need to continue their education beyond the 6th grade.

Well, they had such "proof" (snort) in FL 2000, a million blacks were disenfranchised, weren't they, as well as countless, hapless Jews who voted for Buchanan. FAT lot of good it did them then, and a fat lot of good it'll do them now. The stuff I'm reading on the web, it sounds just like all the conspiracy theories and hysteria of 4 years ago, yet they expect a different result to occur. Keep on dreaming.

Now that the election is over it's time for all American's to heal the divide between our two opposing sides. To help with the healing I've been posting on DU and trying to help feed their Dieboldian fantasies. Since there is no way these psychos will ever concede that Bush won it's probably safer for all concerned to keep them busy chasing their tails with phantom conspiracy theories and thus preventing them from harming themselves or each other-who says Republicans have no heart?

Typo?

The Bush administration better do somethiong about voter fraud .

It is bad enough that SoreLoserman in 2000 tried to steal the election and pull a coup d'etat, in addition to intense voter fraud.

The voter fraud in 2004 seems even more intense than in 2000.

In 2008, if nothing is done, it will be like the Ukraine's election.

Although it is a county issue, the high degree of voter fraud hits on the Constitutionality of it all under "equal protetion" since honest voters are being disenfranchised. This is where the U.S. government needs to step in and overhaul the registration and voting process to make it much harder for voter fraud to occur.

You are being way too generous. Bush's lead will be 120,000 votes at least. I am guessing about 130,000.

Did you happen to read just exactly HOW they think Kerry will manage to flip the state?

They are just all over the map inventing all sorts of scenarios where they think Kerry will still be proven the real winner.

They are so angry and frustrated that the mainstream media isn't all over this "story" they are almost incoherant. You really have to read it for yourself.
