No water or electric, definitely a worse predicament than being without one's head.
As in Baghdad, the little item the POST didn't mention.
Did they have water and electricity before?
The media harped upon how long it took to 'restore' water and electricity in Baghdad and other cities, when the little item no mentioned was that the Coalition and Private Corporations weren't 'restoring', they were 'installing'.

Ever wonder what the balance of trade was for dear old Saddam? What his expenditure was vs. his income?
The Iraqi people got nothing from the oil wells. They were offered money to blow themselves up. Saddam embraced Islam and claimed to be offspring of the gods. Islam, a religion where it's OK to kill yourself, as long as you kill a bunch of other people you don't like.
Speaking of religion, I notice that the Democrats don't seem to have a problem with the intermixing of the POWER OF CHURCH AND STATE when it comes to Iraq. Makes one wonder why the CHURCH (islam) insists on being part of the government, when it should insist on being part of the people.
