That is a distinction. Only if they commit to normal behavior and celibacy should they be allowed in church.

Isn't that becoming a redundancy? The conservatives I know refer to themselves as Traditional Anglican to separate themselves from the Episcopal Church USA. Correct me if I am wrong.

Well indeed, God loves sinners and He ask us Christians to do the same, BUT it doesnt mean that God allows sin or immorality to be mixed with our devotion to Him... much more having leaders/pastors/priests or any other individuals (who are gays) that will represent His kingdom...

It's really awkward for people to try to revised the standards of God according to their standards... he must have known it (why homosexuality is a sin)but it might affect his friends, relatives, and others who are themselves homo's...he doesnt want to hurt them...
OK, when you start your own church, where the members worship you and believe your word, go for it. However, I'll continue to let the Lord declare what a sinner is.
There are, believe it or not, gays who have repented and stopped the abominable practice of homosexuality. (Much to the chagrin of those who would have us believe such a thing is impossible.)

The "fear of the LOrd" is the beginning of wisdom. It is blatantly apparent that this individual has none.
May God also give him an illustrated lesson on the wrath of a righteous God who gave His Son as a propitiation for sin.
Mercy has a price. Jesus Christ the Son of the Living God paid the price of blood/life spilled out to obtain mercy from the righteous God. That purchase/payment of blood/ death requires our assent to His mastery of our lives. We have no say, He has it all. Our only response is obedience.
The Church is the purchase of God, not the play-toy of a Bishop.
May the Lord send ministering spirits to those who want to play with or mitigate the Holy Word of the Living God. Jesus has the final word on the subject as follows:

God sent his messengers to Sodom and Gommorah. His message was clear. (EoM)
