Christmas memories huh??
There are so many .. but I guess the ones that stand out are trying to put together our fake Christmas tree .. when dad got sick, she was afraid of a fire and she insisted on having a fake tree
Wow .. what a production that was every year matching up the color coded branches and trying to figure out if the color was purple or violet .. *L*
But I'll always remember how mom would get up in the wee hours of the morning to start the cooking for when all the family would arrive later in the day.

I have some of my decorations up in my apartment. I was motivated when I was at my parents' house and helped them to put up the decorations there. That kind of wore me out, so I have to get the motivation for my apartment. :-)

Hi Billie and all, ah Christmas Memories :-) I have many wonderful memories. When we were really young, my Mom and Dad would put up the tree (live not artificial)on Christmas Eve after we all went to bed. They would wake us up about 2 in the morning, after 'Santa' brought the tree to our home, decorated it and brought lots of presents. Yes, we thought Santa brought the tree along with the presents. We would be up for hours, opening our presents and playing. Church the next day and a Christmas feast to follow. LOL,I try to imagine doing this all on Christmas Eve, I appreciate what my folks did for us, on Christmas and everyday :-)
