She can run but she won't win.

America is not yet ready for a female president. Nor for a black president.

The day will come when it won't matter wether they're male or female, black or white.

But not yet.

I could not disagree more. America has shown it will support any person who gives the public something to believe in. The problem for most females and minorities in public service: The socialist / liberal / pseudo-progressive machine fights the progress for anyone not in the socialist / liberal / pseudo-progressive plantation.

President George W. Bush has supported the progress of minorities in high level positions in government more than any other President. The reason his appointees are fought so hard is they tend to be self made individuals. One of those will break through soon and be either President or Vice President.

Maybe in 10-20 years we'll be ready. I hope to God I'm wrong.

Half the world does not even recognize the legal status of women. They are merely chattel of the men they are with.

Being a Secretary of State is one thing. Being the President of The United States is another.

Women in the U.S. have it the best of women around the world.

Sorry, I'll get off my soapbox.

Look at the choices we have of eligible women who could be president, can you name 10?
