Another related topic - I don't get the resistance to "militarizing space" Do the beatniks not understand this is like a patriot missile in space to target nuclear missiles? Will we be sorry one day? We already have militarized space – I mean what do they think military satellites are for? For acquiring targets.
The irony is that it is infact a ground missile system. There wouldn't be any weapons in space whatsoever. This whole "starwars" label is simply a liberal spin to scare the uncertains.
