When I lost my last little dog, who was named Potlatch, I didn't get another one for almost 10 years because it hurt so bad!
Now, my husband and I love this little Yorky [Piper] and stay with him every minute when he's outside.
Believe it or not, we also have a huge Owl living in our Oak trees and have to watch out for it!
Owls, that's for sure.
We also have many red-tailed hawks that swoop and catch squirrels and kittens unaware.
