I liked Seinfeld but I thought it was over rated, I can't watch it in re-runs.
It wasn't the best sitcom of all time, That would be Married With Children
The Jurassic park movies would have been good if the annoying kids in each of them would have gotten eaten.
How could I possibly forget Married with Children? Laugh-a-minute riot!

Not my cup of tea. Rude, selfish, nasty people with no moral compunction and no respect for anything whatsoever. Way too much like real life.
"The Andy Griffith Show" is probably the best sitcom ever, although Cheers and Cosby were great as well. My favorite sitcom ever was "Frank's Place" with Tim Reid. Wonderful acting, inspired writing, but never really found an audience.
Have you started collecting the MWC DVDs? I started with the two volume set titled "Most Outrageous Episodes." The DVD set for season 1 was released a while ago. MWC has held-up well over time.
I liked Al Bundy, but Fawlty Towers was the best sitcom of all time, IMHO.
I also liked Newhart. I loved Bob's dry humor while the world of lunatics around him kept doing idiotic things. And the show wasn't really mean-spirited toward rural Vermonters...it was just funny. The wacky supporting characters made the show: Larry, Darryl and Darryl; Michael and Stephanie; George Utley; the mayor and town council. Great stuff.

To me, the best sitcom of all time is Frasier. I love the humor.....especially Niles....he's such a pompus little weenie.
