According to court records, Juan does not have a lawyer and is representing himself.

Juan is a fool.

The least Iris could do is hang around for awhile to *pretend* that she was a partner in Juan's successful lifestyle. How can she argue that she needs $70 million to maintain the trappings of her lavish surroundings if she can't even wait with him long enough for the check to clear?

There's a story around here of a hubby winning the lottery and splitting, not planning on giving the wife anything.

Well, the judge gave her the lottery money.

Maybe an urban legend but.....

She sure doesn't need any more than a few hundred a month to maintain her life style. She had better be careful.

She had kicked her husband out after months of bickering over how broke he was.

... and her own contribution towards remedying this sad state of affairs was what again, precisely...?

So he should give her the money, then slip outside her new house then call Shavitz and Shavitz.."Have you been injured in an accident?"

And how much of that indebtedness was wifey dear responsible for ?

She has already lost the propaganda war. So I doubt the judge (who reads the NY Post) will want to look like the bad guy by giving her HALF (in Eddie Murphy's immortal term).

Playing state lottery is now not a question of trusting your luck but trusting your government.

Incredibly I just realised, by looking in the web, that there is NOT ONE page so far that explains that, although there are more probably more than one billion people playing around the world. (1)
So I will start a thread to explain how it works, and leave later here a link to that thread.
