It was not necessarily a slam on every point in the quote; just wanted to point out their slap at President Bush's foreign policy (not just immigration). What was "operation wetback"? I was merely adding to what you said, neither agreeing or disagreeing. "Operation Wetback" was the return of illegal immigrants to Mexico. It was very successful, if success is measured by deportees and enforcing the law.
