In this case, you have a 22 year old male who is the boyfriend. This is a 13 year old girl.
Not only did Planned Parenthood and NAF help the girl to get an abortion, which will lead to the continuation of the sexual abuse, they also provided ways for the little girl to deceive her parents.
In essence, they were accomplices to this act.
They are a number of laws broken here.
What you may not understand is that folks like Hillary Clinton, et company, are dedicated to defending these folks.

The website www.ldi.org has 800 recordings of Planned Parenthood aiding in "Child Abuse" and "not reporting Statutory Rape".
Because of 9/11/2001 events, this was never properly dealt with, in my opinion, and I would hope the Congress would take up the issue.
Many "little girls" are being abused in the United States, and Planned Parenthood and NAF greatest concern is keeping the dollars flowing in.
I would hope that you would consider hearings on this issue, or at least "help" to begin prosecutions based on this evidence.

The abusive situation must end.
Having an abortion is a coverup for the real illness -- the preying on children.
If the child has a baby, there is evidence -- the DNA of the father.

I refer to DU as DW [Dim-Wits]. You are dealing with mentally challenged people -- that is almost by defintion of what they believe.
They cannot help what drugs have done to their minds -- endless satanic orgies of men with men and women with women.
I remember an occasion when I was treating a religious minister to a steak dinner [he was a good friend of mine].
He asked me about environmentalists, and I said apparently in a loud voice [I have a big voice] that environmentalists have mental problems.
There was some freaky looking guy at the bar who turned around in somewhat of a state of shock. It seems my remark apparently struck a nerve.
After all, they are out to save the baby whales and kill the baby humans.
They must have mental problems to believe that.

I recall being outside an abortion clinic some years ago and being told by one "gentleman" that abortion had saved him from at least four charges of carnal knowledge.
These people are scum. Rapists and abortionists are peas in the same pod.
There was an Indiana abortionist that screened his patients to find out -- if minor, did their parents know; or if married, did their husband know.
He used this information so he could sexually assault his patients -- knowing they would not complain to anyone.
That kind of made me mad when I heard about that.
When an abortionist dies -- for whatever reason -- he is proclaimed a hero in the community.
I have a feeling there is one community where an abortionist is NOT welcomed when he/she dies.
It is more the Main Stream Media that does this -- especially liberal newspapers such as the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
