I thought it was the exemption from the anti-trust laws.

How about FCC nixing all public air broadcasts because MLB is "glamorizing" the use of dangerous drugs?

If the founders could have envisioned Major League Baseball, having it be construed that way would NOT be what they wanted. I'd be willing to bet.
