Yes, from a Chicago newspaper this can hardly be news.
The question is, what will be done about it?
My prediction is Didly Squat. Nobody thinks ahead to the next election.

Considering the source, I'm guessing this is a critique on how the dead were under-represented in this past election, thus making Bush's win illegitimate.
To: Cutterjohnmhb
Geez. They heavily imply Bush benefitted, but never name the suspected party affiliation of the dead. I think if they had any serious proof Republicans used utilized these voters, they wouldn't be so coy.
The fact is, the entire article is BS. Yes, some recently-deceased people were left on the rolls, but that is not the same as saying a vote was cast in their names. Sure, the Democrats are capable of doing just that, but don't run with this story until you can prove it was done.

Did the dead people vote? Or is this merely the Chicago Tribune talking crap?
MSM doesn't seem to have the ability to determine what is important.
Election's over. Deal with the result.

Bring out your dead !!!! I just learned this weekend, from reliable sources that the dead do indeed vote Democratic by an overwhelming majority! So, if we could figure a way to stop them, that'd be to our benefit.
I guess then, that we'd be accused of trying to deny the dead their civil rights!

Now those evil Republicans are going too far! They are trying to disenfranchise the dead. Dead people are a key Democrat voting block.

Only 181,000 dead voters?
Somebody must have mistakenly cleaned out the voter rolls!

An analysis of voter records by the Chicago Tribune newspaper suggests that more than 181,000 dead people were listed on the rolls in the six swing states in last month's US election.
But how many voted? Ill bet that no more than 100,000 voted for Hanoi John. The other 81,000 stayed in their graves.

I wonder if there is an easy way to check the voter roles on line. If so, we could all check to see if our dead relatives and friends are still listed. Also we changed our voting address a few yeas ago. I called to be removed from the old place but I have no idea if we were really removed or not.

In Chicago it's not only the dead who vote.
One IL freeper found that per the 2000 US Census, in one Chi neighborhood, Englewood - which is the murder capital of Chi, and a real life Ghetto of burned out hulks and vacant lots, 98% of ADULTS in that neighborhood voted. And trust me people don't 'move into' Englewood, they flee it if they can. So on face value the 98% adult voter turnout is blatant, overt fraud as there's surely less adults living there now than in 2000.
98%! And the dems have the gall to claim 'we' cheat.
Oh, then consider that at least 50% of Englewood 'adults' are felons (according to Jesse Jacka$$, not me) and it makes the 98% figure even more ridiculous.
