Yes, the attitude shown in this guy's letter is the type of thing the Dems would never allow on "prime time" when the generally apolitical or "undecided" folks tune into a convention. But this attitude is average, daily fare over at places like DU. The anger and resentment just boils along and they wonder why they can't win. Hatred will definitely blind you....
I suspect that the author might actually be a self-hating black "man".

That's why I'm praying Michael Moore sicks around and I hope he's even given a speaking role at the 2008 Dem convention.
He and his family died because his campaign and flight crew made very poor decisions regarding selection of aircraft & equipment; and a breach of widely accepted aviation safety protocol for the flight conditions they encountered.....

That is the root of this fellow's problem. He is a Humanist. He believes that human beings have the capacity to perfect themselves until the world achieves peace and harmony. That is why he has latched onto politics, the only human institution with enough raw power to force its will on others.
He is wrong, and will always be wrong. That's why he exists in a constant state of rage and depression. His world will never be a reality - until Christ returns, whom I guess he rejects (for now.) It is very sad indeed. Hopefully he will realize the inherent evil in humanity that confounds this utopian vision, and that Christ offers the one and only solution - forgiveness and a new life.

I love these nutjobs. If this dipsh*t had an ounce of courage, he'd re-evaluate his life and career choices and DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT. But that might cut into his whining time. This guy is a spineless,clueless,delusional loser.
I never much liked Paul Wellstone, but I wouldn't wish his fate on him. His own stupidity got him killed, nothing else. If he had not run for re-election, (as he promised when he was first elected,)there would have been no reason for him to be travelling that day.
I, too, hope loser-boy delivers his letter to Wellstone in person. Good riddance.

For some reason, I ended up reading the whole thing. It was like a car wreck - I couldn't look away.
But I can't waste any more time rebutting this nonsense line by line. Although it could easily be done. This guy needs to do something other than whine. He may indeed need serious psychological help.
