The unfortunate aspect of this is, the left wing has so demonized our Armed Forces and intelligence gathering agencies that it would be next to impossible to prosecute someone for that crime.

If someone like Aldrich Ames-or Robert Hansen, for that matter-can't be executed, I don't see how they could go after a run of the mill bum like the person this piece focuses on.
