A menage a trois turned into a mess of trouble for two hookers in a Manhattan madam's brothel when a john who walked into a bedroom turned out to be an undercover cop, prosecutors said yesterday.
After the cop shelled out $3,750 for a torrid three-way tryst last Thursday at the high-priced East 60th Street hooker haven, a "hostess" told the two temptresses that "their appointment had arrived," court papers claim.
But their "appointment" had brought along some friends — who escorted the hostess, the hookers, the brothel's bookkeeper and another suspect on a date to their local precinct house, authorities said.
Alleged madam Jenny Paulino, whose lust-for-loot American Beauties escort service allegedly raked in $10 million a year, was out of town at the time and busted the next day for promoting prostitution and money laundering.
Doctors, lawyers, bankers and out-of town businessmen — some of whom called from overseas to book a sexcapade — were among the clients eager to rendezvous with the "phenomenal, just gorgeous girls," a police source said.
Paulino, 46, is due in Manhattan Criminal Court today, and must post bail of $500,000 in "clean" money to remain free.
Also arrested was * Monika Hajkoba, a 27-year-old Czech national .....freed without bail after nearly a week behind bars because she was unable to post $4,500...... a blond dressed all in black except for her orange sneakers, cried in court and her lawyer claimed she was "a visitor in the apartment."
(The madam) .....created a shell company, J.P. Consulting, which she allegedly used to collect hundreds of thousands of dollars in credit-card revenue from the johns and to pay American Beauties' advertising bills and rent, according to the papers.
These alleged moves, however, helped create a paper trail for authorities.
