On Hannity and Combs, Sean responded to the liberals keeping the declaration of independence out of the schools, by calling for parents to take thier kids out of government schools. Home school bump.

Good move Sean. The public schools are cesspools.

Why do we have to send our kids to or support the local meeting place for the N.E.A types anyway?

The real solution to this mess is the school voucher system. It's high time that parents who can't afford to homeschool were able to pull their kids out of the anti-American, pro-socialist cesspools and place the kids in schools that aren't run by the neo-socialist, pro-Islamofascist, anti-Christian jackasses.

Hallelujah. The Libs are always squawking about class size. Pulling kids out of government schools solves that problem.

Hannity has been good the last couple nights... We need vouchers, I do NOT understand why Republicans have not used this issue more...

Two of my grandkids are currently prisoners of the NEA schools. And Hannity knows their dad who has a lot of respect for Hannity. Maybe NOW he and my daughter will understand what I've been talking about.

GO HANNITY

We homeschool. Today, my kids and I read the Bible, did a study on Ancient Egypt, did story problems that involved real math with factual answers, read aloud from a pre-PC biography of Thomas Jefferson, prayed to God in Jesus' name, had a great discussion over dinner about embedding cameras in small rockets as an alternative to expensive spy satellites, and made Christmas cookies for the staff at our church.

Oh, and my kids are 10 and 6.

I'm with Prime Choice on this one. It's got to be the voucher system to allow parents more choices than the United Socialist School System Republic: USSR!

At thins point it don't even care if Microsoft went into teaching, heck why not? Its a business isn't it? They would be a private school and could teach as they see fit...

Not to be a kill joy, but:

What happens when the first Wiccan school opens via voucher system or the first string of Fundie Islamic schools?

Too late, Killjoy!

Those are excellent points. I'm for privatizing it as well. It's just got to be affordable to low income families. But this is America! We'd think of something.

I do feel the word "voucher" needs to scrapped for a better catch phrase though... maybe "school choice" or something... "voucher" does not "sound" good... How could liberals fight against "school choice" ?

This is why I am anti-voucher. Why be dependent upon the government for something that parents should be doing anyway?

I am more for no taxation without representation. Meaning tax only those who have children in the public schools and leave the rest of us alone.

Let them go to it. Survival of the fittest.

What? A liberal who is anti-choice?

When you attack the sacred cow of public education, you betcha!
