Well, you are obviously a very bright person and have a lot of insight into things.
We see the world differently but both of us are in good company. Plenty of people feel the way you do and plenty feel the way I do.
We shall see how things go, we have no other choice, but it is likely to be pretty bumpy anyway it goes.
Hold on tight and thank you for your service!

Lastly, we don't know if he got it at that dinner. It is specualtion because the host is a spook type. Yet again if you are a spook would you do such a thing in your house?
Hay, no problem. Either way, though, I just don't see a way out for Ukraine. Blood is the only thing I see in their future. I've got friends in the east and south of that country and they will not tolerate Yushchenko, which I bet is the same for the west in regards to Yanukovich. This has probably been coming for 13 years and the lease on life for that nation has expired. I just pray they can do this split peacefully but after seeing the Balkans, I highly doubt it.
"What good is disfiguring him?"
Not everyone is like you and I. Most people do think about issues before making a decision on voting, but some people do make voting decisions based on ridiculous things like a person's looks.
I do not advocate that as a good decision making tool by any means, I am just pointing out that many do make decisions based on something like that. Remember when the Hollyweird crowd talked about Kerry and Edwards hair?
"As for libretarians, I don't mind about half their ideas, the other half are down right kooky."
Well, we have a little bit of agreement here.
"Spring 2001, look it up on google, plenty of articles on that subject. Are you saying Bush in 2001 had no control on what money was given to which government? I find that a little hard to believe. What I don't find hard to believe was he was still following Clinton's policies on Afghanistan, just like he is still following most of Clinton's Balkans policies."
Yes, I am saying that Bush did not have control to change current law that was passed during the prior administration. I don't like it, but that is the way things work.
I do think that he could have made changes by now on the balkans, but hasn't.
Especially considering how connected Bosnia and the KLA are to Islam International.
I sure hope you are wrong. But since the Bible tells us of wars and rumors of wars, you are probably on target.
"The disfigure makes eben less sense because you leave a victim alive to trace the poison."
Not entirely. It could work a lot better to just disfigure the guy and make it look like he is not healthy, or not photogenic enough to be taken seriously.
As I understand it, the opposition lead by Yushchenko, is pretty much that Yushchenko runs the party and no one else really could have been a credible opponent in this race.
Also, I think the fact that the poison is easily detectable is a white elephant. Those who back Yushchenko will vote for him any way and those who back his opponent will vote for the opponent anyway. This may have been done for the people who had not yet decided. This may have been done to try and sway the undecideds. Those undecideds could go either way with the he was poisoned theory, or with the he did this to himself theory. If Yushchenko had been killed the undecided probably would have gone for Yushchenko's party in the next election across the board. I think, if this was poisoning, the best plan to try and win the elections would have been to harm not kill.
Its possible but bot probable. I think if someone tried to take him out it was unauthorized and mob related or a fanatic type. I say this because this is not a poison a pro would use. Sort of like Watergate - which Nixon had nothing to do with setting up.
Its possible but not probable for this to be an official hit is what I am saying.
"Especially considering how connected Bosnia and the KLA are to Islam International."
I am no expert on the Balkans, but I agree that I think there are a lot of connections between Bosnia and the KLA. I think policy could and should have changed on this by now. I do not know why it hasn't.
"Its possible but not probable for this to be an official hit is what I am saying."
I can agree with that much. I really am not backing either of the candidates in this situation. I started on these threads because of all the accusations of voting fraud, which I think must be investigated and dealt with according to the facts.
This may have been exactly what was meant, or it could have been sloppiness, ie, a non-professional act. I simply do not know enough to determine that, but it is interesting either way.
Really devious. If you kill him, he's martyred. If you take away a major assets, his charming good looks, you cripple him in a different way. Interesting.
"he refused a biopsy of his face because he did not want to campaign with stitches. Which is an odd thing to be concerned about when your face is already disfigured."
Hands down the smartest comment I've seen on FR in a while. Politicians are politicians and most are out for themselves, statesmen are an extremely rare exception.
He got this in his system since September. Dioxin stays in the fat for a long time - nor is there an incubation period you need to wait for. I just find it odd is all. It might be nothing but its odd.
Thanks LR! It has been a very interesting topic to discuss hasn't it?
I'm with you, I still don't trust Putin and my "intuituion" tells me something is up.
The guys may not understand the informed intuition thing, but I know you understand.
I hope they solve it soon and we get to find out who did it.
Your participation was lots of fun also!
Tammy
