The ethnic intimidation charge stems from Pennsylvania's "hate crimes" law to which the newest "victim" category of "sexual orientation" was recently added.
Homosexuality is now an ethnicity?
Until Christians organize the in same way that anti-Christians and gays have this type of thing will continue. Until there are mass demonstrations of a hundred thousand Christians marching down Pennsylvania Avenue nothing will change.

So now the free exercise of religion (1st amendment right) is now a hate crime. The "City of Brotherly Love" now truly is the city of brotherly love. One brother to another brother.

THanks to the conservative Mennonites, Amish and other groups here in PA, we have a law which could have been prevented.
Did anybody VOTE for or against this "law"? I don't recall seeing it? Was this Arlin Spectre's idea?
God help us now because thought crimes are next. THey will hook us up to MRI's and see how we think about gays. Wonder if it registers pink or purple when we do.

People should click the
Link to the World Net Daily article and then click and watch the video.
The Christians are respectful and courteous to the officers. A fat police chief with a red armband (how appropriate) saying "POLICE" harasses the Christians and threatens them. The homosexuals are the ones blocking the public sidewalk and intimidating people time and again. No action is taken against them.
This is one of the most outrageous things I have seen. All the Christians did was walk on the sidewalk, sing, and hold up signs. Welcome to Germany, 1934.

Is Pennsylvania becoming a homosexual state? And it is powerless to change -- it appears to have been born that way.

No, but Philly is corrupt beyond recognition. Kerry won Pennsylvania by a slimmer margain than Bush won Ohio, yet the media immediately gave Kerry the win while trying to dispute Ohio. At the time, it was known that there were 120% of votes being cast in parts of Camden--throwing the election for Kerry.

My guess is that if it were queers that were arrested this thing would already be over, with the charges dropped.

For I will give you words and wisdom that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict. You will be betrayed even by parents, brothers, relatives and friends, and they will put some of you to death. All men will hate you because of me. But not a hair of your head will perish. By standing firm you will gain life. Luke 21 15-19

You should see the
Philadelphia Gay News try to spin this story.
According to the Pink Shirt's news rag, the whistle blowing, sign pushing gay thugs were there to "diffuse a riot." Yup.

This makes my heart hurt. It's been slowly building to this type of situation for years. If they're allowed to get away with this and set it as a precedence it'll be hard to stop. It's gone too far now as First Amendment Rights have been violated and those involved are being persecuted and discriminated against. And the activist courts are the problem.
I do fear this case marks the beginning of the end of our Rights. They say no one can take away those Rights, you must give them up. Well, I'm not giving anything up! I will gladly stand up and defend them, today!

The thing I found very interesting and disturbing on the Rainbow Alliance's website was their twisted, out-of- context take on the Bible in an effort to prove that homosexuality isn't a sin.
