I discovered once that when driving a bus and running over a turtle, you can hear the shell crack.

I wonder what the driver heard?

Yea, I know, it's sick.

Also, PETA, had I known it was a turtle rather than a pile of leaves, I would have moved over a bit. About 4 feet away, the pile of leaves stuck his head out.

Hehehehe.... Reminds me of the time I ran over a dead Possum on the freeway in my 1982 Diesel Suburban. Unfortunately for the car next to me I only ran over half of it which caused the other side to fill with high pressure possum guts which then exploded out the back side of it with a loud POP only to completely splatter the side and window of the car next to me. Poor woman in the passenger seat completely freaked out. I could hear her screaming with both of our windows closed through the road noise. Car abruptly swerved to the side of the road and the whole family ended up in a barfing contest. And I still bust up completely whenever I think of it. Guess thats why I just had to share this disgusting story.

I was riding behind the Clampett Family once. They even had an old recliner on the roof. These poor folks demiolished two huge skunks at the same time. Must have destroyed all their possessions.
