And Anderson Cooper is lurking near John McEnroe territory on MSNBC.

The only way CNN turns around their primetime ratings is to hire someone like Rush to do a one hour show leading into Larry King Live.

Overall, the trend shows that each one of them has gone down. This shows that cable news in the evening is losing viewers overall.

Rush doesn't do lead-in shows.

Greta always amazes me. Her show is on fairly late, and although it is a good show, it's really not that fantastic... yet it does super in the ratings. I'm happy for her.

Gadzooks, CNN power hour Larry Kink, less than half of Hanity and his punching bag Colmbs.

Good to see that pinhead Zahn is also in the toilet, but even she leads OLBERMANN.

Its good to see a whole lot of people are starting to see the light of the Liberalizm of the MSM, and making a choice.

Rush doesn't do lead-in shows. I stand corrected... I was actually thinking of Rush's coattails lifting Larry King's ratings, but did not word it correctly. My bad...

A few observations:

-Bill's harassment issues haven't hurt him one iota (for better or for worse).
-The DU has not been able to propel Keith's ratings above even Chrissy's.
-Anderson Cooper? What's with that?
-LKL: staying strong with the retirement home demographic.

Probably because the election is over and there isn't a major story to discuss right now outside the "usual" like Scott Peterson and other California murder trials, Iraq, the economy, and whatever scandal the media has created to slander the President.

Part of the reason for FNC success is that they tapped into the conservative segment; something that had never been tried before. It's successful because conservatives had no where to go prior to FNC. Liberals, however, are not concentrated in one station. Those MSNBC shows that had good ratings were tapping into DUers who thought CNN to be too conservative.

I think Greta succeeds because she tries to do something very different from O'Reilly and Hannity. A third hour of political commentary would be repetitive. Watching FNC, her show is a very good break if you are watching Hannity at 9 or O'Reilly at 8 or 11.

Rush doesn't do lead-in shows.

Rush would be doing a one hour show in the timeslot before Larry so the coattail effect would increase ratings for Larry King Live.

I would guess that a show hosted by Rush on CNN would probably average at least a 4.0 or better each night and Larry might end up consistently over a 2.0 because of the Limbaugh effect.

The only reason Greta gets ratings is because she follows O'Reilly and Hannity people like me don't change the channel because there isn't anything else on ....

CNN has signed Nancy Grace from what I understand. Rumors are that she will bump Paula Zahn who will surely have a hissy fit.
