Clinton has absolutely nothing to do with this even though he is a POS. Let the blame fall where it really lies with the security clearance and those willing to promote folks as political favors rather than taking the best person for the job.

Nah,just recollecting that old Eddie had more scandals in his administration the Kerik had mistresses. I don't defend Kerik, he's another ego jerk who thinks nobody will discover the nearly obvious, I just look askance at ole Ed doing the chastising. He put the final nails in the New York that downspiraled starting with Lindsey, and who could forget that. He pranced around Central Park asking "How'm I doin" when the city was crumbling. Rudy rebuilt it brick by brick. An imperfect man, but a hellava better leader then Ed who has always been jealous of Rudy and any of his associates. V's wife.
You're right. I thought Ed was somewhat disarming but I was not yet the hard righty I now am. I was young and it was the mid 80s and having Manhattan as my base was a blast.
